Reports to: Restaurant Manager
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
· Address customers' complaints or concerns;
· Maintain clean and safe work environment;
· Maintain inventory of supplies;
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations;
· Perform opening and closing activities;
· Monitor safety conditions;
· Supervise staff;
Prepare employee schedules while achieving labour cost targets
Control of food and paper cost
· All other related tasks.

- Heavy lifting (max weight 50lbs), some overhead lifting to place items on shelves (max weight 25lbs)
