Mainland Motors Calgary is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. Our group is built on customer care, transparency, and career growth — and we’re committed to helping clients with all types of credit situations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, along with a strong understanding of the automotive industry. This role involves guiding customers through the car buying process, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed information on available inventory, vehicle history, features, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including financing and paperwork.
- Utilize CRM and POS systems (including Micros POS, if applicable) to manage customer data, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Contact clients through various forms (Cold call/text/email/CRM/Social Media) to achieve personal sales targets
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-ins in accordance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new inventory arrivals, current promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for display or delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities to generate leads.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automotive sales, direct selling, B2B, B2C sales, Door-to-Door
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive buying process, lead management, follow-up
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients at once
- Preference given to candidates with dealership or auto industry background

Pay: $35,880.00-$122,000.00 per year
