Altitude Fitness Whistler is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front of House Team Associate to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Associate, you'll help keep our facility welcoming, clean, professional, and running smoothly by:
- Greeting members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Assisting with member check-ins, memberships, renewals, and enquiries.
- Answering phone calls and emails professionally.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our memberships, services, classes, and facility.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised gym environment.
- Completing cleaning tasks and supporting the overall presentation of the facility.
- Upholding our community standards and helping create an environment where everyone feels welcome.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Loves being part of a gym and fitness community.
- Enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
- Is comfortable learning new systems and adapting to any pace.
- Admires a clean, refreshed, aesthetic environment!
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness industry experience is an asset.
