Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Forklift Operator to join our team for a shutdown (seasonal) The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various forklift tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Shift will be 6 days on and 1 day off. Days and nights available. Seasonal position.
Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Moving materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of waste materials properly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the job.
Experience
Requirements
- Must have own transportation, no public transportation available
- Drug & Alcohol Testing
- CSA approved steel toe boots required
- Must be clean shaven to don a respirator.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
