Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service representative to join our team. This individual should have experience and/or is familiar with sales specializing in pet food and supplies, dedication to building strong relationships with retailers and pet owners. Experience in educating customers about product benefits, nutritional standards, and innovative solutions to enhance pet health and wellbeing. Carrying/lifting dog or cat food and supplies. Work well in a team.
Duties
· Demonstrate the highest level of customer service by help pet parents find solutions to their pets needs
· Build customer rapport through service excellence and community engagement
· Help your team manage inventory and product shipments (lifting bags of pet food and supplies)
· Protect customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
· Help provide training when to improve the knowledge base of the team
· Leading other part-time sales and customer service representatives
· Help analyze and report sales figures, and interpret trends to facilitate planning
· Respond and resolve any customer complaints and comments
· Help organize special promotions, displays and events
· Maintain awareness of market trends in the pet industry
· Aid in implementing changes to improve the business when needed
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met at all times

Required:
- High School diploma or equal
- Work experience as a Sales and Customer Service Representative or similar role
