Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing schematics and construction skills, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Repair or replace boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components as needed
- Collaborate with construction teams during system installation projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain detailed service records and reports for each job performed
Experience
- Proven experience working as an HVAC Technician or in a similar mechanical maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, welding techniques, boilers, and appliance repair
- Mechanical knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or repair is a plus
- Mechanic experience or background in maintenance roles will be advantageous
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and troubleshoot complex systems effectively
This position requires a dedicated professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred to facilitate travel between job sites.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
