Job Summary
Infinity Custom Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Biesse bSolid Programmer to join our custom millwork and cabinetry manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Biesse bSolid software and operating Biesse CNC machinery. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing programs, setting up the machine, cutting cabinet components accurately, and ensuring that production runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Biesse bSolid software.
- Set up and operate Biesse CNC machinery for custom cabinetry and millwork production.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cabinet drawings, and production specifications.
- Load materials and select the correct tools, bits, and machining settings.
- Perform cutting, drilling, routing, and grooving operations for cabinet components.
- Monitor CNC operations and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot minor programming and machine-operation issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Organize completed parts and coordinate with the assembly team.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Biesse bSolid software.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operating experience, preferably with Biesse machinery.
- Experience working with plywood, melamine, MDF, laminate panels, and other cabinetry materials.
- Ability to read and understand cabinet drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of CNC tools, cutting bits, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a reliable work ethic.
- Experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking manufacturing is preferred.
