Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Flat Roofers or Roofing Labourers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems on commercial buildings. Duties
- Install new flat roofing systems using various materials and techniques
- Repair and maintain existing flat roofs to extend their lifespan and prevent leaks
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and cutting tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and effectively
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight seams and joints
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to meet safety standards and project specifications
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years' experience with a focus on roofing or waterproofing
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, carpentry, caulking, and blueprint reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely in various weather conditions
- Handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work as part of a team

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
