Field Service Technician / Installer
Metro Jet Wash (MJW) is looking for Mid-Level to Senior Field Service Technicians /
Installers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on installing, servicing,
troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining waste and industrial equipment (compactors, chute
recycling systems) at customer locations.
We are looking for mechanically minded individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving
problems, and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
● Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain waste and industrial equipment
● Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and equipment-related issues
● Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and
efficiently
● Complete service calls at customer locations
● Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics
● Perform welding and fabrication repairs when required
● Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service
● Complete service reports and document work performed
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
● Work independently while maintaining communication with the MJW team
● Travel to customer locations and work out of town when required
What We're Looking For
Must Have
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Good driving record
● Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
● Willingness to work overtime based on customer and company needs
● Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
● Professional appearance and attitude
● Commitment to working safely and following company procedures
● Hydraulic systems and repairs
● MIG or Stick welding
● Electrical troubleshooting and controls
● PLC experience
● Waste or industrial equipment experience
● Heavy equipment or mobile equipment repair
● Mechanical or fabrication experience
