Sales Associate (Renovation Company)
Location: Richmond, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage + Commission (Based on Experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the right products for their home renovation projects, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist customers in selecting flooring, cabinets, and related products
- Prepare quotations and help customers complete purchases
- Coordinate with installation teams and schedule projects
- Follow up with customers throughout their renovation process
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Fluent in English; Mandarin (other languages are a strong asset)
- Knowledge of flooring, cabinetry, or home renovation products is an asset but not required
