432 Health Group is a thriving, locally owned healthcare organization based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our network comprises of pharmacies, x-ray clinics, and medical clinics, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community.
We are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated Independent Courier Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, ensuring timely and confidential door-to-door prescription deliver to patients, as well as handling urgent intercompany requests between our locations.
Key Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and insurance
· Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle suitable for navigating routes in all weather conditions
· Flexible work schedule
· Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
· Adhering to confidentiality agreement
· Must provide a Criminal Record Check
· Ability to manage payment transactions
· Must have a smartphone with a reliable data plan to utilize delivery tracking applications
· Able to sit for extended periods of time and lift and carry delivery parcels
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely transport and deliver prescription medication or other healthcare supplies to patients or facilities
· Promptly handle urgent intercompany requests
· Plan and execute time sensitive delivery routes efficiently as required by company protocols
· Provide excellent customer services at the door, maintaining patient confidentiality
· Accurately maintain delivery logs
· Maintain open and proactive communication to pharmacy or administrative staff regarding delivery statues, delays, or issues that are encountered while on the road
Compensation: Rate will be determined based on a delivery-flat rate of $6.00 per delivery
