Overview
Reporting directly to the Sales & Leasing Manager, the Leasing Coordinator is a key facilitator in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for registrants and tenants across Aryze’s active leasing projects. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our community of renters, helping build trust-based relationships as they move through the leasing journey from first inquiry to tenancy. Responsibilities include client-facing coordination, meticulous CRM and application/leasing administration, and maintaining the polished, professional standard of our leasing office and display suites.
Suited for those with customer service experience and enthusiasm alike, this role is a front-row seat to the world of real estate development and client relations. The ideal candidate brings recent experience in a customer service role, preferably with experience or an interest in Real Estate Development.
This is a casual, hourly role offering flexibility for both you and our team. As our leasing needs are project-based, successful candidates will be available to support a varied schedule of weekdays, evenings and weekends as project needs arise.
We are looking to build a talent roster of multiple candidates. The majority of the work will be on site at our leasing office and display suites, helping deliver a polished, on-the-ground experience for registrants and tenants.
Responsibilities
Maintain existing and incoming CRM registrants. Ensuring the database is updated, and registrant information is properly inputted
Responding to all telephone and email inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner and ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality and core values of the Aryze brand
Prepare and maintain Leasing files and reports as required
Attend relevant meetings and document meeting minutes to be informed and up to date with initiatives and activities and support the team in the achievement of leasing goals and growth objectives
Maintain high standards of leasing office and display suites at all times
Coordinate and distribute paperwork, including applications and leases, ensuring the appropriate parties receive the required documents and deposits.

Scope & Availability
This is a casual, on-call role with no guaranteed minimum hours or fixed weekly schedule. This model is designed to offer maximum flexibility on both sides—allowing you to accept work that fits your schedule while helping Aryze scale our team for key community milestones and events.
Compensation
$18.00/hour, plus incentive bonuses based on successful leasing outcomes
