Reporting to the Grocery Department Leader, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Overview
- Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
- Bring a positive demeanor every day
- Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
- Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work
- Creating and maintaining a phenomenal customer experience
- Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
- Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
- Ensure health and safety standards are performed
- Coordinating special promotions, displays, and events
Street Credentials
- Must have valid work authorization in Canada
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
- 1+ years of Leadership experience in a retail environment or related field
- 1+ years of department specific (Grocery) experience preferred
- Love working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
