Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps partiel de 15 à 30 heures/semaine.
Les rôles et responsabilités seront divisés comme cela :
Les tâches de communication représenteront environ 60% de votre temps. Ceci comprend:
- Répondre au téléphone et s'assurer que tous les messages sont transmis dans les plus brefs délais;
- Accueillir tous les clients et leurs chats lors de leur arrivée à la clinique pour leur rendez-vous.
Le environ 40 % restant de votre temps serait ensuite réparti entre les tâches suivantes :
- Prendre soin des patients hospitalisés et/ou des pensionnaires et fournir des registres écrits des traitements etc. ;
- Commande/réapprovisionnement des fournitures ;
- Garder la clinique propre et présentable en tout temps;
- Assister la vétérinaire dans le traitement de nos patients félins.
(Il y a aussi quelques petites tâches comptables possible).

- Comfortable interacting with the public as well as with cats
- Computer literate
- Social media skilled

This is a part-time permanent position of 15 to 30 hours a week.
Key roles and responsibilities will be divided as follows:
Communication duties will account for approx. 60% of your time. This includes:
- Answering the telephone and ensuring that all messages are passed along in a timely manner;
- Greeting all clients and their cat(s) as they come to the clinic for their appointment.
- Calling clients to do follow ups.
- Calling clients to book annual appointements.
The other 40% of your time will be divided between the following:
- Caring for hospitalized patients and/or boarders and keeping written records of treatments etc.;
- Ordering/restocking supplies;
- Keeping the clinic clean and presentable at all times;
- Assisting the veterinarian with the handling of our feline patients.
(There are also a few small accounting tasks that may be required).
