Chai Samosa by Roy’s is urgently hiring an experienced Samosa Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients under supervision
- Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and stock to ensure smooth operations
- Follow food safety protocols and handle food items with care to prevent contamination
- Keep floors and workstations sanitized and free of hazards to promote a safe environment
- Support serving staff during busy periods by clearing tables and assisting with basic food service needs
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations, including dishwashing and food prep activities
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
