Welcome to Chronicle Coffee Roasters. A family-owned specialty coffee roaster located in Calgary, AB.
As Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to organize, systemize, and manage our service warehouse and equipment inventory. This includes overseeing equipment intake and deployment, ensuring maintenance standards, and maintaining adequate stock levels of parts and supplies. In addition, you will manage service invoicing and provide training and support to our customers.
Once our service systems are fully organized and running efficiently, the position will evolve into a dual role, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to sales activities, specifically targeting new distribution accounts and equipment placement. Must have Coffee Equipment Experience with Semi Auto Espresso Machines.
Compensation
- Starting wage: $65,000
- Wage increase: After 6 months, your wage will increase to $70,000 based on satisfactory performance and progress.
- Sales Commission: This will be discussed upon Job Role approval.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse systems and equipment inventory
- Manage parts ordering and maintain optimal stock levels
- Create and manage customer service invoices
- Provide equipment training and support to customers
- Coordinate service operations with our machine technicians and assist with technical documentation
- Transition into outside sales and customer acquisition once service operations are optimized.
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
