We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who can carry on this high standard. Our Inside Sales Representatives are highly motivated, and results oriented to make outbound calls to various customers. The ISR will be a brand ambassador in promoting high quality shop supplies, fasteners and consumable products. This role is fully remote.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Calling business-to-business (B2B) customers in a predetermined district to sell our world-class products
- Customize orders and quote products for each client
- Ensure on-time and prompt follow-up to customer inquiries
- Responsible for selling, upselling and cross-selling new products to all assigned accounts and new businesses via outbound calls (approximately 60 to 80 calls daily)
- Maintain updated account information through account management
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate, propose and implement solutions with Account Managers, District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors
- Execute against all selling requirements including deals and other sales objectives
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment through personal actions, exceeding monthly targets and a commitment to corporate values
- Seek out continuous professional development and growth to ensure you are staying on top of industry trends (including but not limited to sales strategies, product demos, and business solutions)
- Provide vacancy coverage for your respective district
- Lead Generation – Warm and qualifying leads thru cold calling
What you will bring to the team:
- A high-school diploma is required/post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required as the position involves regular communication with both French- and English-speaking customers and business partners
- A minimum of two years of experience in a sales role
- Strong telephone etiquette and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in an agile, and fast-paced environment
- Energetic personality with a “go-getter” attitude
- A high level of alignment with the company’s corporate values such as collaboration, integrity, respect, and achievement
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset; a passion that is led through customer centricity, continuous learning, and willingness to push for crucial conversations
