Job Summary:
We are currently hiring two full-time crew members to join our team immediately for hands-on work building a log cabin in a rural location. This is physically rewarding work ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a dynamic, traveling construction team. The current primary project is located in Manitoba, with ongoing projects scheduled throughout the season across Alberta to Ontario.
Compensation ranges from $20 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and skillset, with bonuses available. Additional benefits include fuel allowance, daily food allowance, hotel accommodations, and WCB coverage.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately
- Framing experience is a requirement
- Full-time hours, with potential for overtime
- Must be comfortable working in rural and outdoor environments
- Willingness to travel for projects across multiple provinces
- Vehicle for transportation is a requirement
- PPE required for construction site
