Head of Growth & Consulting

Sanktum is seeking a senior leader to serve as our Head of Growth & Consulting, a role that blends consulting excellence, sales leadership, and team management. This position is designed to support both the strengths of the ideal candidate and Sanktum’s continued growth trajectory.
Role Overview
The Head of Growth & Consulting is responsible for leading our Consultant team, driving new business, maintaining a small client roster, and representing Sanktum externally. This role requires a strategic, people‑focused leader who can balance consulting delivery with revenue ownership and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Oversee and manage the Consultant team to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Sanktum’s consulting process.
- Strengthen team rapport, foster a growth mindset, and support overall team alignment.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in Consultant training and development.
Consulting
- Manage a small roster of clients to remain current with Sanktum’s consulting methodology.
- Serve as a “reserve” Consultant to provide additional coverage as client load fluctuates.
- Support continuous improvement of consulting delivery and client success.
Sales
- Actively pursue new business and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Present to prospective clients and be directly responsible for driving company growth.
- Help develop a more targeted and effective sales process.
- Shift day‑to‑day sales responsibilities away from the CEO, enabling greater focus on strategic initiatives.
Marketing & Events
- Attend and present at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Represent Sanktum to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Support marketing initiatives that contribute to lead generation and growth.
Additional Contributions
- Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating potential Consultant candidates.
- Provide input on team culture, alignment, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to broader growth initiatives across the organization.
Compensation
Compensation includes:
- Base salary
- Direct consulting commissions
- Performance‑based bonus potential
Estimated total compensation: $225K+ USD (~$300K CAD)
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience (preferably in the restoration industry).
- Extensive sales background with demonstrated success in revenue ownership.
- Experience hiring sales professionals and evaluating talent.
- Strong, confident public speaking and presentation skills with experience presenting at events.
- Strong CRM knowledge and comfort working with modern sales and marketing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
