The Role
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for a Warehouse associate to join our team. This role will primarily be required to perform all warehouse actions, including counting and recording, to reduce waste, cut down on unnecessary expenditures and maintain a steady supply of product to all areas of the facility. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
Hours
Open availability for shift work, including non-standard hours.
Wage
$22.00/hr
Responsibilities

Adhere to, maintain, and promote a positive company culture.

Perform accurate inventory transactions and data entry within various ERP systems.

Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.

Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient movement of goods.

Verify the issuing and returning of goods from various departments within the facility.

Complete physical and digital return processes.

Build and stack pallets safely and efficiently.

Support inventory processes and ERP requirements, including product movements and transactions.

Participate in cycle counting and other inventory activities.

Assist with inventory organization, staging, picking, labeling, and other warehouse activities.

Ensure all daily activities are completed in accordance with applicable SOPs.

Maintain compliance with the Cannabis Act and all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
1-3 years experience in a supply chain related function such as inventory or shipping and receiving.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
-
Strong computer skills and adaptability.
-
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform perpetual movement throughout production and various storage areas.

Lift Truck certification or willingness to be certified.

Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Long hours may be required on occasion or the occasional Saturday work.
What will set you apart

Experience in sage software.

Previously ability to operate a lift truck.

Previous Cannabis experience.

Previous knowledge of GPP, GAP and/or GMP regulations.
