Okotoks Toyota is looking to add a Auto Detailer that is reliable and has previous experience in the Automotive industry. This member will be primarily in the detail department with the opportunity to grow and learn additional skills. The ideal candidate is self motivated, works well without supervision, and a quick learner.
We are looking to fill an evening shift - 11AM to 8PM
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash/clean customer and dealership vehicles
- Operation of tools like power polishers
- Maintain the cleanliness of work space and lot
- Provide shuttle/courtesy rides for customers if needed
- Pick up or deliver parts if needed
- Knowledge of WHIMIS and ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Participate in all training by Toyota as required
- Responsibilities and duties will grow together with the company
- Other duties as assigned
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Windshield replacements, rock chip repair experience an asset
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Proficient organization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to withstand a manual labor job
- Previous experience as a Detailer/Lot Attendant is an asset
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Availability to work Saturday is a requirement
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and meet tight deadlines
