Property & Sales Associate – Landscaping, Windows, Snow & Christmas Lights
We're a growing home services company in Toronto working with high-end residential clients. We're looking for someone who's not just willing to do the physical work, but also has the drive to grow into sales and help us bring in new business.
This role is for someone who wants more than just a labour job — if you're hungry, competitive, and want to eventually make real money through commission and growth opportunities, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Landscaping, window cleaning, powerwashing, snow removal, and Christmas light installation
- Represent the company at client homes — first impressions matter, you're the face of the business
- Call and follow up with Facebook/Instagram leads to book estimates and close jobs
- Learn how to talk to homeowners, spot upsell opportunities, and eventually help close new business
- Door-to-door outreach and lead generation in the neighborhoods we work in
- Work directly with the owner to learn the sales side of the business, not just the labour side
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing personality — comfortable talking to strangers and homeowners, and confident on the phone
- Strong work ethic, reliable, shows up on time
- Physically fit, able to work outdoors year-round
- No experience necessary in landscaping/cleaning — we'll train you
- Sales experience or interest in sales is a big plus
- Comfortable calling leads and following up without being pushy
- Coachable — willing to learn scripts, objection handling, and how to close
