Responsibilities
- Provide expert spa treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to clients, increasing revenue opportunities.
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
- Lead the spa team by setting an example of professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent service delivery.
- Manage daily operations of the spa area, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in spa treatments, or related beauty services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally within service interactions.
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
