Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on imports, domestic, and European vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to provide accurate vehicle information to customers
- Repair and maintain automotive equipment
Requirements:
* Must have own tools. Must be at least a Level 4 Mechanic or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in welding is a plus
