We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Remote Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. In this leadership role, you will manage workflows, coordinate between departments, oversee client projects, and ensure that all operations run efficiently and align with company goals.
Your primary focus will be on:

- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Managing internal resources and coordinating team workloads
You will work closely with accounting, tax, advisory, and administrative teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Generate operational reports for senior management
- Track key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Review daily operations and prioritize urgent tasks
- Conduct team check-ins and address team questions
- Monitor client projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with department heads on resource allocation
- Generate and review operational reports
- Address client escalations and resolve issues
- Identify process improvements and implement changes
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related leadership role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote team management is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in professional services, accounting, or consulting is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred

The compensation package is as follows:
The total compensation plan for full-time is made up of a monthly fee with monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses totalling approximately $78,000 - $100,000 per year depending on company targets achieved.
- A dedicated, private home office space in your residence.
We will provide our remote employees with equipment essential to their duties, such as laptops, headsets and mobile phones (if applicable). We will install the VPN and software required by the company when the employees receive their equipment. The equipment we provide is owned by the company. The company retains control of the property and reserves the right to monitor company property, even when it is being used at your remote site. Employees must keep it safe and avoid misuse. Company provided equipment is to be used for business purposes only. The remote worker will sign an inventory of all company property received and agree to take appropriate steps to protect the items from damage or theft. In the event of termination of employment, all company property will be returned to the company unless other arrangements have been made.
