Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow within our team.
***Staff Shift Schedule - 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM***
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation quality
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing and plating
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with setting up dining areas for special events or functions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cash register operations or POS systems for order processing.
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and hygiene standards
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation or bartending (Barista experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background or familiarity with the food industry is beneficial
