Re/Generate Day Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while providing exceptional service in a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic services including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, tinting, and other treatments within your scope of practice
- Provide personalized consultations and treatment recommendations
- Educate clients on skincare products and home care routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Follow all provincial health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetics certification or diploma recognized in Nova Scotia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
- Experience in retail sales and product recommendations is considered an asset
- Existing clientele is an asset but not required
