Commercial Construction Carpenter
Our client is looking for a Service Carpenter to join their growing construction team in the Lower Mainland. With a strong presence in the commercial construction sector, our client delivers tenant improvement and facility enhancement projects in occupied and active business environments. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse assignments, solve on-site challenges, and contribute to maintaining high-quality commercial spaces throughout the region.
This position involves traveling to various site locations across the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities
- Travel to commercial project sites throughout the Lower Mainland
- Complete drywall repairs, patching, and painting as required
- Install and repair doors, flooring, suspended ceilings, windows, trim, and millwork
- Perform minor wood and steel stud framing work
- Install cabinetry, washroom accessories, hardware, and other interior finishing components
- Address service calls, deficiencies, and warranty-related repairs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry, service work, or tenant improvement projects
- Knowledge of interior finishing, repairs, and maintenance practices
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday
- Experience working in occupied commercial environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable using digital applications for safety documentation and time entry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Red Seal Carpenter certification is considered an asset
- CSA-approved safety footwear and personal hand tools required
