Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Contract Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial spaces under contract. Your dedication will ensure our clients’ environments are safe, spotless, and welcoming, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client specifications
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and replenished as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to protect yourself and others
Qualifications
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Nice-to-have: experience with commercial cleaning contracts or specialized cleaning services
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have vacuum cleaner, mops and bucket
- As a contractor you must have a registered business or be willing to apply for licernse

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
