Responsibilities
- Perform thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide a range of massage therapy treatments based on client needs and clinical goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate clients on self-care, posture, movement, and home care recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Follow all regulatory, ethical, and clinic policies, including hygiene and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the relevant provincial regulatory body.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Professional, reliable, and organized approach to patient care.
