Overview
We are Calgary-based manufacturer of innovative composite sandwich panels used in residential construction. Our products combine OSB, drywall, and plywood substrates with insulation foam to create durable, energy-efficient building materials
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our growing manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment used in manufacturing composite panels
- Apply foam and prepare panel assemblies for pressing
- Handle and move raw materials and finished boards (60–75 lbs, team lifting)
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment
- Assist with warehouse activities, including pallet jack and forklift operations
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, including replacement of filters, seals, and process fluids
- Prepare product samples and perform other production-related tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- English communication skills sufficient for workplace communication and safety instructions
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs with a partner
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or forklift experience is considered an asset but is not required

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Employees may be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts based on production requirements: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Hours: Typically 40 hours per week, depending on production workload and operational requirements.
