We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and organization
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate manual tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Help with inventory management and stock organization
- Contribute to a team environment by completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual,, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
