ASCO Aerospace Canada is a division of Montana Aerospace, with our facility located in Delta, BC. We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our Procurement and Planning team at the Canadian operations.
Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Supervisor and lead the charge in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations! In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to customers. Your expertise will drive process improvements, leverage cutting-edge ERP systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties
- Supply Chain Leadership – Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, driving accountability, performance, and continuous capability growth.
- Supplier Reliability – Ensure material availability through proactive supplier management, risk mitigation, and delivery performance improvement.
- Indirect Supplier Operations Management (SOM) – Act as the designated owner of indirect procurement and supplier operations, including supplier sourcing research, supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, supplier follow-up, negotiations, and continuous improvement activities. While administrative PO placement may be supported by other team members, ownership and accountability for indirect supplier performance and management remain with this role.
- Planning & Execution – Align supply, demand, and production requirements to optimize inventory and minimize shortages.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee order management, logistics coordination, operational issues with outside processors and supply chain activities to ensure seamless production support.
- Performance Management – Monitor KPIs, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement – Lead initiatives that simplify processes and strengthen supply chain performance.
- Change & Compliance – Manage supplier transitions and compliance requirements while ensuring adherence to ASCO standards.
- Data & Systems Governance – Ensure ERP and supplier data integrity to support planning and decision-making.

Skills
- Proficiency with SAP ERP, SAP Supply Chain modules, and other ERP systems to manage procurement, inventory, and demand planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in demand planning, MRP systems, and procurement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma or Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration within supply chain teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
