Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: Minimum 1-month assignment, with the possibility of extension

Our client is seeking a Production Operator / Clicker Press Operator for an immediate-start opportunity. This is an entry-level manufacturing position, and no previous experience is required. Training will be provided.
The successful candidate will operate a hydraulic clicker press used to cut gaskets and other non-metallic materials to customer specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities

Operate a hydraulic clicker press to manufacture gaskets and other die-cut components.

Load and position materials and cutting dies for production.

Read and follow work orders and production instructions.

Measure and inspect finished products to ensure specifications are met.

Track production quantities and complete basic documentation.

Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance.

Assist with material handling and other general production duties as required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications

Ability to accurately read a tape measure (required).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset but not required.
Requirements

Steel-toed boots are required.

Reliable transportation or access to transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
