Position: Landscape & Irrigation Construction Labourers
Location: Dawson Creek, BC
Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr depending on experience
Duration: Immediate start and may last up to third week of August 2026.
We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and experienced labourers experienced in landscaping and installing irrigation to join our crew immediately. This is a seasonal work that is estimated to last up the third week of August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation & Moving Materials: Rake, shovel, and move soil, gravel, mulch, and sod using wheelbarrows and various hand tools.
- Irrigation Installation: Assemble and lay PVC/poly pipe, install valves, and sprinkler heads etc.
- Landscape Construction: Assist in planting trees and shrubs, laying sod and prepping ground.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at the end of every day.
- Assist Site Superintendent with other tasks as required.
- Follow safety protocols during all project phases to ensure a safe working environment.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working on construction sites.
- Experience in landscaping or irrigation system installation.
- Reliable transportation to ensure a 7:00 am start time.
- Ability to work long hours (10-12 hour days) in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work together in the team.
- Expected to report to work fit for duty and remain fit for duty at all times.
