Responsibilities:

Data Management: Execute precise data entry and interpretation while maintaining contract dashboard accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with colleagues to identify issues, develop solutions, and refine procedures
-
Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with teams across the bank to gain visibility into different business lines and support collaborative contract execution

Contract Analysis: Extract contract information from multiple sources and ensure digital records are complete and accurately represented
-
Technical Support: Apply advanced Excel skills to data analysis and reporting
Must-have Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong typing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

Experience in Data Entry

Problem-solving, Analytical mindset with self-motivation and comfort in fast-paced environments

Nice-to-have Skills:

Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field)

Financial literacy/contract law knowledge

SAP/ERP experience
