The Role
We're seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a quality-driven environment. You'll be responsible for food preparation, executing service, maintaining kitchen standards, and working closely with our culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to our standards
- Complete daily prep and station setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and kitchen organization
- Work efficiently during service while supporting the rest of the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Weekend and evening availability required
