Lead Cleaner / Team Lead Position
Glow & Go Cleaning Co. is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner ready to step into a leadership role within our company.

This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has previous professional cleaning experience (required)
- Has leadership or senior cleaner experience (an asset)
- Is extremely reliable and punctual
- Is flexible and able to adapt when schedules shift
- Takes ownership and accountability in their work
- Has a strong eye for detail and high standards
- Works efficiently without rushing or cutting corners
- Communicates professionally and respectfully
- Feels confident guiding and supporting other team members
