Job Summary
Dr. Hair is seeking a highly motivated and professional Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and expand our network of partner barbershops and hairstylists. This role is focused on building relationships, promoting our Hair Health Partnership Program, and attracting new barber and hairstylist partners through outstanding communication and marketing skills. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and experienced in customer acquisition and brand representation. We are currently seeking female Brand Ambassadors for this position.
Responsibilities
- Represent Dr. Hair with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Identify, approach, and recruit hairstylists and barbers to join the Dr. Hair Partnership Program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Dr. Hair and answer questions confidently.
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach, presentations, and networking activities.
- Meet or exceed recruitment and partnership targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to improve outreach strategies.
- Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when required.
Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer acquisition abilities.
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, Marketing Representative, or similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Professional appearance and excellent work ethic.
- Confident approaching new people and building long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with beauty, healthcare, wellness, or barber/hairstyling industries.
- Existing network within the barbering or hairstyling community is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM software and lead management tools.

Pay: $250.00-$2,000.00 per week
