Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques tailored to client requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
- Uphold all licensing, certification, and health & safety standards required by regulatory bodies
Skills
- Proficiency in massage therapy techniques with a focus on client comfort and safety
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Exceptional communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and answer client questions
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and foster a welcoming environment
- Attention to detail in record keeping and adherence to health regulations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team setting
Pay: $60.00-$101.25 per hour
