Knights Inn Lethbridge is hiring a Housekeeping Room Attendant to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. We’re a small hotel, and we pride ourselves on delivering great customer service in a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. The position required to work day time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals.
- Make beds, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets.
- Restock bathroom and room supplies.
- Clean guest bathrooms and replace linens.
- Respond to guest requests and address any concerns.
- Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks like deep cleaning or seasonal maintenance when needed.
- Help deliver or pick up items for guests (e.g., blankets, extra towels).
