About the Role
Universal Staffing is looking for hardworking and reliable Waste Equipment Cleaning Specialists / Industrial Pressure Washers to join our field crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position where you'll work alongside a team lead cleaning and maintaining waste handling equipment at condominiums, commercial buildings, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities
- Power wash and sanitize garbage chutes, compactors, dumpsters, bins, and other waste handling equipment.
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment and industrial cleaning tools.
- Use scrapers, shovels, squeegees, and brooms to remove debris and buildup.
- Assist the Team Lead with setting up hoses, equipment, and safety barriers.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Complete basic digital work orders.
- Leave every job site clean, safe, and ready for the client.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of general labour, pressure washing, industrial cleaning, or similar hands-on work experience required. (would be an asset)
- Reliable transportation is required (this location is not on a bus route).
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable performing dirty, physically demanding work.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
