Duties
- Assist instructors in preparing classroom materials and setting up learning activities
- Support students during their lessons by providing guidance and encouragement
- Help maintain a structured, organized classroom environment conducive to learning
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the lead instructor
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote confidence and motivation
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and the classroom remains a welcoming space
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and lesson documentation
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Passion for teaching, tutoring, or mentoring young learners
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and support classroom routines
- Classroom experience or tutoring background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a dynamic learning environment

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
