Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site <PERSON> to oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proficiency with construction management software. The Site <PERSON> will play a critical role in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Duties
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress against project schedules and adjust plans as necessary using Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Provide supervision and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a productive work environment
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Proven experience in construction WATER AND SEWER and management with supervising responsibilities on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Demonstrated skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Prior experience in supervising construction crews or subcontractors is A MUST

Pay: $39.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 – 60.0 per week
