This advanced program bridges the gap between aviation legal principles and aviation cybersecurity, providing an in-depth understanding of GRC frameworks, risk management, cyber threat intelligence, and regulatory and technical compliance. Each session offers a blend of theoretical insights and practical applications, tailored to equip future legal professionals with the skills to address complex cybersecurity challenges. Sessions will also require active student participation by providing content and analysis.
Please note that this course will be allocated to a member using an exemption as per article 15.03.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
