We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services
- Maintain customer records and update information
- Coordinate with technicians and management regarding daily operations
- Assist with social media posting and basic office administration
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software also must have a quick book experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset
- Must have Driver's license
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
