Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department efficiently
- Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance options clearly and transparently
- Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while respecting customer preferences
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial activities
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
