Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences prior to treatment.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care practices.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards.
