Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Prior experience with bookkeeping and data entry. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Provide customer support via phone and in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred but not required
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial management is highly desirable
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Clerical experience including filing, document management, and front desk responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
