Job Description
We are currently hiring a Mobile Security Guard for overnight parking enforcement at a residential condominium community. This position involves conducting scheduled mobile patrols to monitor compliance within designated parking areas.
This is a vehicle-based patrol role requiring professionalism, accuracy, and strong observation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile patrols during the assigned overnight window (one patrol between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Patrol and monitor:
- Visitor parking areas
- Accessible (handicap) parking spaces
- Identify and document parking violations clearly and accurately.
- Report violations directly to Municipal By-law Enforcement as required.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
- Submit clear patrol reports after each patrol round, including:
- Areas checked
- Vehicles observed
- Any violations recorded
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Professional communication and conduct
